Terms of Service

Bird Dog Markets is run by Willhite Strategy Group ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of client.birddogmarkets.com and the lead lists it gives you. By buying a plan, you agree to them.

What you get

A monthly list of local businesses, with the contact details we found for them in public records, business filings, licences and public web listings. Your plan sets your area and how many leads you can open each month. Unused leads do not roll over.

We collect this data with care, but we do not promise that every detail is current or correct. Businesses close, move and change numbers. Check a detail before you rely on it.

Billing and automatic renewal

Plans are paid monthly by card through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically every month at your current price, until you cancel. We charge your card on the same day each month, and email you a reminder a few days before each charge.

If we ever change your price, we will email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling

Cancel any time: sign in, open your account, and choose Manage billing. You can also email leads@willhitestrategy.com and we will cancel it for you. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Refunds

We do not refund part of a month after you cancel. We will refund a charge in full if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or if the service did not work for you that month because of a fault on our side. Email leads@willhitestrategy.com within 30 days of the charge.

How you may use the leads

• For your own business, to offer your own products or services.
• Follow the law when you contact anyone, including the CAN-SPAM Act for email and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Do Not Call rules for calls and texts. Do not send texts or use automatic dialers without the consent those laws require.
• Stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and honor every opt-out.
• Do not resell, share or publish the lists, or copy them in bulk into another product.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. One account is for one business.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close an account for breaking them, we do not refund the current month.

No guarantee of results

We give you leads. We cannot promise that any of them will answer you or buy from you.

Limit of liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect. The version date at the top shows which terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
