Bird Dog Markets is run by Willhite Strategy Group ("we", "us"). This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

If you are a customer

We collect what you give us when you sign up: your name, email, phone, business name, website, what your business does, and the towns and kinds of businesses you pick. When you sign in we record the time, your IP address and your browser, to keep the account secure. We keep the notes, stages and follow-up dates you add to your leads.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. Our sign-up and sign-in forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use this information to run your account, send your sign-in links, bill you and answer you. We share it only with the services that do those jobs for us (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for security, our email provider for sign-in emails), or when the law requires it. We keep it while your account is open, and delete it when you ask (see Your rights). Billing records and the record of your agreement to our terms and automatic renewal are kept for at least three years, or longer if the law requires.

If your business is in our lists

Our lists hold business information: business names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and websites, taken from public records such as business name filings and licences, and from public web listings. If you want your business removed, email leads@willhitestrategy.com with the business name and address, and we will remove it and keep it out of future lists.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we give them to everyone. Email leads@willhitestrategy.com. We will answer within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

Sign-in is by single-use emailed link, connections are encrypted, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect.
